Thinking Sociologically : Building Essential Thinking Skills for a Complex World

Hey everyone! Welcome to Thinking Sociologically.

Let’s face it—the world is a pretty complex place, and there’s a lot going on right now that’s hard to understand. This course is here to help you figure out what’s actually happening, plus the "why" and "how" behind it all, by using sociological thinking.

We’ll dive into real-life stuff like TikTok trends, commuting on the MRT, the gig economy, and beauty standards to help you build skills in critical thinking and problem-solving. By the end, you’ll be able to see the world through a different lens, connecting your personal experiences to the bigger social structures around us.

You don't need any prior knowledge to start this course. You simply need to devote 2-3 hours per week to complete the 7-week course.
